The floral arrangement I ordered was modified and it turned out so much better! I'm glad the florist took creative license to change it! My daughter-in-law love the arrangement so much!

EXCELLENT experience! I found Petals from Angels on Google in order to send flowers to within Pasadena. I called around 3:00 pm to ask whether a delivery still could be made for the day. YES! No problem she said! Wowza! I immediately went to her website in order to complete the order efficiently and effectively. Called 2 minutes later to verify the order and she said it was received! Literally 15 minutes later, a beautiful photo of the arrangement was made with a message that the order just went out! It was confirmed by the recipient that she received it and made her day alittle brighter with the passing of her mom. I would highly recommend this florist as the communication was excellent as well as the execution! Thank you!

I ordered the Love Lavender. The owner called me to see if the delivery could be delayed because she was out of a lot of the color. After a discussion with her we opted to substitute some of the missing flowers. The arrangement was very lovely and I appreciated the personal touch of the owner!

Delivery was fast. Ordered and delivered same day. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. However, 2 days after receiving it, the flowers began wilting and looked droopy. It was always in a temperature controlled environment. The cost of the arrangement was not worth the longevity. We were hoping to it enjoy it for much longer than 2 days.
